The process of creating Synergy began in 2016 when a group of electrical test technicians at Power Distribution Maintenance, our sister company, decided to sit down and discuss ideas for a software that would provide a positive experience for both the testing agency and the customer. Originally, we wanted to address existing pain points by offering a test data software to our in-house technicians. We aimed for this software to not only be capable and efficient but also user-friendly. On the customer side, we wanted to see clean, cohesive reports that were both informative and easy-to-read. After using this system in-house for some time, we decided to create a much larger system that is both a complete electrical asset management system and a dependable testing data software.

Synergy Data Solutions now provides customers all of their testing and maintenance information in a more streamlined, user-friendly interface. With the addition of QR code asset tracking, NFPA-70B compliance, and an RFQ generator the customer is enabled to compile and own their data in one efficient asset management tool, no matter who is providing the testing.
